Just moments ago, White House reporters tried to grill Huckabee-Sanders on the President’s tweet this morning slamming anti-Trump Morning Joe Hosts, Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski.
Hallie Jackson, Brzezinski’s collegue at NBC, tried to embarrass Huckabee asking how she would explain the Tweets to her children. Her response was EPIC!
Huckabee responded to Jackson’s question by telling her the only true role model is the almighty God, and that no human is perfect. The room got silent as this is so rare for a White House Press Secretary to bring up his/her faith. This isn’t the church-going crowd, so her response shut them right up!
Then, another White House Reporter asked if this Tweet would prevent senators from voting the President’s health bill. Huckabee responded by pointing out that the MEDIA is the one obsessing over certain Tweets, but then they ignore his tweets about healthcare, tax reform, etc. She pointed out the MRC study that showed mainstream media spent 353 minutes covering the false Russia narrative in the past month, and less than 1 MINUTE on tax reform.
