A few days ago, one of the most racially divided events in a long time took place in Charlottesville, VA. White supremacists vs. Radical “Alt-Left” were fighting each other and causing chaos. One woman was even killed.
Last night President Trump made a statement at a press conference saying that both sides were responsible for the atrocities that took place. Rabid reporters went on a tirade of trying to twist the president’s words and the media soon followed suit.
Many political figures including Republicans condemned what the president said last night in his speech.
Today, Vice President Mike Pence got on stage and made a statement that was heard around the world in regards to president’s words.
The VP said:
“The President of the United States has been clear on this tragedy and so have I… I stand with the president and i stand by those words.”

HE ADDED:
“IN AMERICA WE WILL NOT ALLOW THE FEW DIVIDE THE MANY.”
and then continued with:
“This is a new era here in the new world.”
