Fox News has been attacked all year by groups like Media Matters and other Soros’ funded ventures. This hasn’t stopped him from fighting the battle on another front.
Hannity is supposedly preparing to sue Obama if it ever comes out that he was the subject of any illegal NSA “unmasking.” Thank God. Somebody needs to. Here is what Sean Hannity said about the secret plan to take down Trump.
In regards to the lawsuit, Hannity said the following: “I am going to sanction the biggest lawsuit that I possibly can with the biggest attorneys in the country so we can do something to stop the shredding of the Constitution,” Hannity said on August 4th.
He then continued and said that he has it on “good authority” that he was under Obama’s NSA electronic surveillance program and that the admin “unmasked” his name.

Fox News reported that Judicial Watch hasn’t been able to obtain records on Trump 2016 “unmasking” because all NSA records have been transferred to Obama’s presidential library.
Disclosure of names that are uncovered through NSA surveillance is a federal crime. It doesn’t matter if the unmasking is to government or to the press.
